Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Botivex marketing website and the Botivex trading automation platform (together, the "Service"). Botivex is operated by BOTIVEX LTD, Company No. 16982023, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. What the Service Does

Botivex automates algorithmic trading strategies on connected exchange accounts. It executes trades you configure; it does not provide investment advice, and it never guarantees returns. Features may change over time, and we will communicate material changes.

4. Custody and Access

Botivex is not a custodian. Your funds stay in your own exchange accounts.

  • Hyperliquid: you approve an agent wallet that can sign trading actions only. Withdrawals and fund transfers require a signature from your own wallet, so the agent cannot perform them. You can revoke the agent from the Botivex dashboard at any time.
  • Binance: you create an API key with trading access and withdrawals disabled, and you keep it restricted to Botivex's server IPs.

Botivex never moves funds between accounts and never holds your funds. On Hyperliquid, the bot can move your funds only between your own spot balance and Hyperliquid Earn on the same account when staking is on.

5. Fees and Payment

There are two ways to pay:

  • Fee plan: £0 per month, no card, no subscription. Trades on Hyperliquid spot pairs pay a 0.25% Botivex fee per order, collected on-chain as a Hyperliquid builder fee at fill time. The fee is approved once by your own wallet signature before the plan can trade.
  • Fixed plans (Basic £14.99/month, Advanced £24.99/month): billed monthly in GBP through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Trials and Cancellation

The Basic plan includes a 30-day free trial for first-time subscribers. No card is required to start; Stripe requests payment by email before the trial ends. The fee plan is free indefinitely and has no trial. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the Billing section; access continues until the end of the current paid period, and unused time on a paid period expires normally without refund. Refunds are available where required by law, and duplicate charges are refunded.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. The bot can lose money, and past performance, including the published track record, does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own trading decisions, for the funds you allocate, and for the tax treatment of your trading in your jurisdiction. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOTIVEX LTD is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, exchange outages, market data errors, or any indirect or consequential damages. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Intellectual Property

The strategies, bot configurations, and platform code are the property of BOTIVEX LTD. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use them within your own account. Copying, sharing, or recreating the strategy outside the platform is not permitted.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the infrastructure, or create risk for other users or connected exchanges. You can close your account at any time; on Hyperliquid you should also revoke the agent wallet, which you can do from the dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
